Sink
Clean and polish sink and fixtures. Light dish washing may be available depending on amount.
Stove
Clean outside of stove and oven. Clean stove top, trays, and visible splashes.
Refrigerator
Clean and polish outside of refrigerator, including front and top.
Countertops
Move small items, clean surfaces, wipe items, and return everything neatly.
Cabinets
Clean exterior cabinet surfaces.
Dishwasher
Clean exterior surface.
Microwave
Clean inside and outside.
Trash
Take out trash and replace liner.
Bedrooms
Furniture
Dust and clean visible furniture surfaces.
Beds
Make beds. Change sheets upon request if fresh linens are provided.
Closets / Cabinets
Clean exterior surfaces only.
Blinds
Dust blinds.
Bathrooms
Bathtub / Shower
Clean and scrub bathtub or shower. Polish fixtures.
Sink
Clean sink, faucet, and countertop. Move and replace small items neatly.
Toilet
Clean and disinfect inside, outside, and around the toilet.
Mirror
Clean and polish mirror.
Trash
Take out trash and replace liner.
Cabinets
Clean exterior surfaces.
Towels / Decor
Fold towels neatly and dust visible decor.
Living / Dining Areas
Shelves
Dust shelves, picture frames, and decor. Return items neatly.
Furniture
Dust and clean visible furniture surfaces.
Blinds
Dust blinds.
Fireplace Area
Clean visible exterior surfaces and nearby floor area.
Other Areas
Hallways
Dust frames, decor, handrails, and visible furniture.
Stairs
Vacuum and/or mop stairs where applicable.
Office
Clean desks, tables, frames, mirrors, decor, and remove trash.
Playroom
Clean furniture and light toy organization.
Laundry Room
Clean washer/dryer exterior, sinks, counters, and remove trash.
Garage
Garage cleaning is not included.
All Rooms
Floors
Vacuum and mop floors, paying attention to corners and accessible areas.
Carpet
Vacuum carpets and rugs.
Light Fixtures
Dust reachable light fixtures.
Windows
Clean window sills only.
Baseboards
Spot dust visible baseboards as needed.
Walls
Not included in regular cleaning.
Some tasks may require an additional charge, including interior oven cleaning, interior refrigerator cleaning, interior cabinet cleaning, excessive buildup, heavy organization, wall washing, and cleaning behind large appliances.
